I hope some liberal group challenges this law....Let the Supreme Court reafirm the Constitution is the Law of the Land.
CAIR is filing, or has filed, suit against the passage of this initiative. Considering that in January 2011, Republicans will be in the offices of governor, lt. governor and attorney general, I suspect the State will offer a vigorous defense . . . if the courts allow the case to move forward.
But when it comes, the FED will do like they do on illegal immigration — do little and force states to go along with them.
And it will come eventually, because all that oil money is buying friends and influence.
Already happening—CAIR says they’re filing a lawsuit. Not sure on what grounds, but they did say that the law is discriminatory and anti-Muslim.

I can’t wait for them to argue that working for Sharia as the highest law in every country is the duty of every Muslim. It’s gonna totally blow their cover - explain that a Muslim can never TRULY support the United States Constitution.
