Why is he crying and talking about himself? I want me money back. I want my country back. Stay off the golf course and out of the tanning booth and get your ass to work! Any waffling and your toast. Got it?

Why is he crying and talking about himself?

He's now the Sspeaker and third in line for the Presidency.

THAT should be tattooed on his forehead backwards, so he can read it every time he looks in the mirror!

Your post made my night.

Awww, come on. Give him a break. He was choked up realizing that the Great American dream still lives. Not just for him, but for all of us. He is the representation of what we strive to achieve. He fulfilled his hopes, and the hopes of Americans. A little humble choking up is appropriate on a night like tonight. And he will work, and he will listen to the voices that have been echoed across this country today. He has proved that over and over again already.

Now, let's enjoy the demise of Pelosi and not pick on our soon to be New Mr. Speaker of the House, Boehner.

John Boehner apparently had a conversation with obozo b/4 he went on TV tonight according to Megyn Kelly on Fox, and he made mention AGAIN tonight of “reaching across the isle” blah, blah, blah in his speech. John also mentioned his father owning a tavern when he was a kid. When John broke down a couple of times tonight during his speech, I wondered if he had a few too many drinks b/4 going on, and after talking to obozo. The guy standing to the right, behind John on stage looked alarmed and edgy each time John started to cry, and was leaning in to take his elbow, but stopped.

John needs to take a FIRM stand AGAINST “reaching across the isle” because he will have a massive backlash from those of us who refuse to deal in any way, shape or form with SOCIALISTS/marxists/communists/fascists/revolutionaries. We destroy them; we do not negotiate with them. John also has to watch his alcohol consumption...he is appearing weak and unsure of himself and the policies of the Republican Party. We need a strong, determined leader, and John Boehner is not giving me the impression that he is the man for the job.

I realize that these are highly charged, emotional times. It is also a time to recognize, and bolster our weak points, as any leader would.
