Seriously, common sense, logic and an IQ over 10 dictate that you CANNOT call a state for anybody until AFTER the polls close.
Polls close in Delaware at 8pm.
Could be exit polling maybe, could be earlier polls in the week....BUT IT’S NOT POSSIBLE TO CALL IT FOR COONS!
