It's because he didn't master wiping his face or keeping it clean. I'm not kidding. Name a President or someone else in the spot light that has FLIES ATTRACTED TO THEM.
Remember he grew up in Indonesia and then moved to Hawaii. Hawaii had only RECENTLY become a state. The culture of Hawaii at that time was more similar to Indonesia. Hawaii certainly wasn't the typical state in the Union so he NEVER was exposed to our true CULTURE. Our true culture INCLUDES good personal hygiene. So if you see "sniffer dogs" chasing him or trying to lick his ugly face, understand, it's not because they like him. It's because they might get a human food treat off his face or else where.

Bill clinton took such a trip to India just before the end of his second term. Very similar trip with hordes of fellow travellers. Something like 50 large aircraft to transport clinton and all his “guests”.
What is the common thread of clinton and obama and India?
