Ok, so any alaskan who is at least 30 and has been a citizen 9 years can get their name on the write-in list in Alaska by filling out two forms. That buries the Princess’ name and makes it harder for her to steal the election.

Maybe not even an Alaskan. He need only be an inhabitant of Alaska "when elected;" there seems not to be even a requirement that he be registered to vote in Alaska.
I have done absolutely no legal research on the point, and have not read the Alaskan forms. However, based solely on a "plain English" reading of Section I of the Constitution, it seems that he need be "an Alaskan" only "when elected."
