The MoveOn worker who was attacked by Rand Paul supporters has now spoken out about the assault, claiming she was "injured," "in severe shock," and that she has no doubt that the attack was "premeditated."
She also vowed "further legal action."
Lauren Valle, who was dragged to the ground and had her head stepped on during a scuffle outside last night's Kentucky Senate debate, detailed the attack in a conference call with several reporters. She described it as being at least as bad as the footage suggests.
"My memory of it is sort of that of a traumatized person," she said. "I distinctly remember a blow to my head."

To me it looked like the only thing that was premeditated was her showing up (with a cameraman) to provoke people.
"she's watched it more times on YOUTUBE then I've s*** since 1987
According to Lexington police Lt. Edward Hart, Valle had a sign that read Republicorp: Employee of the Month. She was running up to Paul in an attempt to get a photo of herself behind him with the sign.
Reports say Valle was a contract employee of MoveOn.org and had attended several Rand Paul events with the same goal of showing the sign in a picture with him. Valle was wearing a wig at the time of the attempted attack.
Sent to Kentucky from Pennsylvania by MoveOn.org, Paul supporters stopped the woman before she was able to reach him with a true hillbilly beat down.
It is unclear if Paul or his organization are going to pursue stalking or attempted assault charges at this time. Valle could not beat reached about plans for her future visits to Kentucky.
But she does have a face that a mother would kick in.

*yawn*
She’s quite the performer isn’t she.
Welcome to Kentucky...wear a helmet.
“She needs personal, rubber hose-based health care, followed with ongoing out-patient electrocutional therapy.”
Oh, stop it! LOL!
Local media reported that she charged the Rand Paul vehicle 3 times and she was warned the first 2 times.
wonder how much she gets paid?
Dissenting opinion here:
She’s an ass and it playing up her little trauma for all she can but you don’t get to stomp on people’s head unless there is some need to hurt them and there wasn’t.
Continue.
Look honey, I’m sure Gloria Alred will be available for you first thing in the morning.
Don’t worry tootsie.
...so a woman with a long history of doing stupid things to get attention is now claiming that she was beaten by angry supporters at an event she was protesting?
I’m just having a hard time buying it.
Is the Washington Post well-read in Kentucky? Or are they just bored to tears with what is happening in the rest of the world?
I notice that they don’t seem all that concerned about the female Rand Paul supporter who had her broken foot stomped by a Conway goon.
Now that they have succeded in squeezing the life out of Falmouth it looks like the local kooks have turned to other endeavors...
These people are absolutely nut! And the idiots that keep voting the these low lifes just amaze me!
Yeah, yeah, yeah I know it was wrong.
It doesn’t make the MSM’s new favorite word “stomp” any less of a lie.
I saw the video on Fox today. It was very professional looking, nothing like the ragged, jerky video one usually sees when such events occur.
I wondered if it wasn’t a set up. How do we know those were Rand Paul supporters? I smell a rat.
BTW, it was an ugly scene but the foot was on her neck and shoulder, not her head.
“Lauren Valle, 31, was born in Falmouth, MA, and has lived in Brooklyn, NY. She studies Eastern Religion and Philosophy at Columbia University. She has supported various organizations working to build a more just and sustainable world. She is taking action for Tibet this summer because she believes that the Olympics represent a unique and critical opportunity for people of conscience to come together on a global level and speak out for human rights.”
I think I got it - money from Soros.
