Yes. They’re going to seize 401(k)s. I am just wondering if the more outlandish conspiracies I was considering about Hillary’s trip to the ChiCom’s prior to the election of 2008 about pledging US territory were actually spot on.
Between the federal land, mineral rights, water and Fannie/Freddie or other mortgages, should the globalists call the US debt, we’re on our own. I keep remembering the gleam 0bama had in his eye when he was getting ready to have that pic taken @ the G-20. It was like he was in on something, like ‘I did it.’ I had this chilling feeling he had sold us downriver from the sneer on his face.

401K confiscation is a call to arms. It will mark the time where the United States formally ends and the shooting war begins.
My private employer is now modifying their 401K to reduce company contibutions.
Pension-401 K takeover by the feds is a possibility at some point.

That's simply not true. Confiscating 401k's would vaporize the stock market. Exactly how would the government make up for the equity destruction of all those stock funds being replaced by "retirement" bonds?

They don't need it, other than for show. The Fed has already ordered/commanded central banking rates be at zero percent. Coupled with the printing press, your 401, and or any classic savings is effectively losing money every year as it doesn't keep pace with Fedgov manufactured devaluation.
Just to keep the big guys happy, Fedgov may impose taxes, on your 'gains', even though they are below the rate of gov caused inflation.
Maneuvering one's savings of a life's work, away from Fedgov is like living in a cage with a brain damaged tiger. Painful, unpredictable and with out much chance of long term success.

This 60 Minutes piece did touch on the trend of people in
dire straits cashing in their 401Ks... just another lifeline, however small or large to keep them afloat till things ‘turn around’. If the Obama Administration is THAT tone-deaf to think they could in any way ‘confiscate’ anyone’s 401K, ESPECIALLY after they lose their majority,
it will give rise to the most massive demonstrations imaginable.
