So many Americans out of work an there are millions of Indians over here on H1Bs doing work that Americans don’t want to do. We prefer to pick trash I guess.
Here in Phoenix I sit in a room that has at least 100 Indian programmers to 20 Americans.

Management's choice: I knew and worked with PhDs in the sciences who had been forced to train in their H1B replacements in order to get severance.
