What the democrats and media don’t realize is that their assault on the Tea Party movement is an assault on everyday, common sense Americans -— whether they are right-wing, independent, or conservative democrats. They are just trying to move a few people who don’t have a clue (the youth vote, etc.) and energize the “progressives”.

If the dem’s/media think the TP movement’s energy is waning, they are mistaken. There is a desire across the country to bring real change to DC, from the bottom up.

As I recall, COD was suppose to lose the primaries by a large margin but, lo and behold, she trounced Castle by quite a reasonable margin.

My opinion is that it's more likely than not this is what's going to happen this time notwithstanding all the negative attacks of democrat pundits, including Karl Rove and our own negative floridasunshine.

The media has tried their best to turn the Church and State thing against Christine, but even the Wash Po had to change their story on the thing.

I’m seeing a lot of talk about it on Facebook, where people are getting a lesson about what’s in the Constitution versus the common wisdom abut it.

Christine may just surprise everybody. Man up, Fishtalk.

Lie and make outrageous untrue claims is at the heart of the Democrat Party playbook. To them the end justifies the means so there is absolutely nothing they say that they think will backfire on them or come back to haunt them.

We expose this week after week here on FR yet they continue to do it. It’s because that’s all they have. They cannot win based on issues or past performance so they make things up or twist things to their favor.

Good news, voters are more aware and don’t believe them. That’s one reason the left is depressed this election cycle and it may continue through 2012 as more people realize their duplicity.

Anybody remember how sure that Scott Brown was going to lose? It was as sure a thing as the sun coming up in the morning, then what happened. Same behind in the polls, same mocking same deshartened FR.

I have been an Oregon fan all my life and am used to being the underdog. This is why they have the vote and it ain’t over till the scoreboard reads 0:00 and it ain’t over for ODonnell. If it were there is no way Palin would be out there on Saturday. A week is an eternity and you can bet Coons knows that and is hoping his people come out and Christine’s stays home. Ignore the pundiots, polls and Establishmedia keep the faith.

Pray for the Election

Exactly great post here.

We should have begun this election cycle, IMHO, by running on the New Contract for America and forcing the dems to address each and every point.

Instead its devolved into a hissing match of "is she a witch" and "how many times he took the fifth."

We need some better campaigning skills if we want to truly Knock these guys into the dirt, not that we won't.

Long ago Zero's handlers realized that you can elect anyone if all they do is campaign, raise money, smile, have a good radio voice and pretend to be something they are not. This pretty much sums up the Dear Leader.

He has never changed and never will. And,,,, it worked.

We oppose a party that stands for nothing but taking over power, advancing Socialism and plunging the country into endless debt.

Now how hard should that be to run against?

Exactly, well said,I was still rather amazed at Kaine,he had to set a new tv record for most lies told in any segment ever.

Kaine goes into a straight faced talk of how "they had to deal with so many crisis' that they just forgot to advertise what a great job they had done handling them all." For us this is the equivalence of being hit by a stun gun that stuck in your heart and keeps turning on a zillion volts every ten seconds!!Just a whopper of all whoppers!!

LOL, rodguy911! Wasn't able to catch ABC's political show this morning, so appreciate your very informative post.

Rightly or wrongly, people form impressions quickly from the MSM, including local newspapers like the News Journal in Delaware.

The late primary in DE did not give COD any chance of rehabilitating her image, and she made missteps from day 1.

Why the Hell should she get trapped into talking about the 14th amendment or any other off-message item when unemployment in DE is roughly 9%?

Yes, COD has been trashed by the MSM, but much of this has been of her own making.

I am encouraging everyone in DE that I know to vote for COD, but she is a lousy candidate.

Right, Bray (as usual) Sarah going to Delaware is huge. She is always covered big time. If she isn’t she sees to it herself via facebook and twitter.

She will speak frankly about Coons and his ties to everything that’s wrong with the country.

She will correct the church and state misunderstanding and make the left look foolish while doing it.

With her help, Christine may just pull it off.

And the Rinos who refused to help her will just have to try to get along with her.

No, she is not a lousy candidate. She is a citizen candidate, and if we had more citizen candidates IMHO, our nation would be much better off. Is she flawless? Far from it, but whatever she is, she is a hundred times better then some America hating Marxist like Chris Coons. Screw the media, screw their polls, just get out and vote for her, win or lose. You gotta be in it to win it!!!

Hmmmm.

Okay, I’ll “man up”...whatever you mean by that. been working on the COD all week, got an opinion, hope I’m wrong. Like every dimbulb lib I meet tells me how COD doesn’t know the constitution.

But I know nothing and shall shut up.

I thought I saw in one of the polls from MTP that Buck is even with the dem. candidate. How does that square with what you’ve seen/read?

He did a pretty good job last week in the debate on MTP with the incumbent dem. (Actually, the debate was primarily between Buck and Gregory.) One mistake he made was that he kept using the word “government” in place of business/free market (or something like that). He finally caught his mistake at the end of the debate. The other issue he probably should have stayed away from was the gay/homosexual stuff.

He seems like a great TP candidate for Senate. How do you think his performance played on the ground there?
