Tim's secret war (Obama loser Geithner hides out til election blows over)
NY POST ^ | 10/24/10 | TERRY KEENAN

Geithner eyeing a weaker dollar: You haven't seen much of the Treasury Secy, not on TV, not at this week's G20 economic summit, not at Obama's side..... He is at war against the dollar. Geithner's enemy isn't Larry Summers and Peter Orzag who were quickly vanquished this summer, the Treasury Secy is battling the US dollar. Geithner has something else on his side. Americans are blissfully ignorant about the value of their buck, until it is too late.

“Americans are blissfully ignorant about the value of their buck, until it is too late.”

I am not one of them.
I have to worry every day, as I live on Philippine pesos, bought with my meager social security dollars.
During the year, it has gone from 48 to 1, down to 42.
I have no idea where it will stop.

Obama is doing just what he planned with the economy. His goals are in sight. Everyone will either be employed by the government; dependent on the government or a lamp shade.

Liar = Obama.

Cheater = Feds.

Thief = Congress.

Con artist = Piss-Stream Media.

Throw 'em all out.

We are bankrupt. We owe over 200 trillion in debts and have no way to pay.

The States should call a con-con and eliminate 90% of the Federal government.

At some point, all currencies will be devalued in the coming inflation. All prices will rise pretty much everywhere.

The States should call a con-con and eliminate 90% of the Federal government.

The federal government as established by the founders and based on the constitution is just fine. The crooked and greedy officials that we elected and allowed to build political empires are the problem.

Replacing the office holders, who are only the symptom, isn't enough. To return to any semblance of a representative republic will require the complete destruction of the two existing major parties. As long as they survive, they will provide sanctuary and breeding ground for the political criminals that operate under the cover of law.

If you think the Federal Government is just fine there is no hope for you. For example. They call for a balanced budget amendment. What a joke. Explain how to balance a budget with over 200 trillion in debt. There is no way to pay. None zero zip. Nada. It has to start in the States. Con-Con.

If you think the Federal Government is just fine there is no hope for you.

What is it about "The federal government as established by the founders and based on the constitution is just fine." that you don't understand? I was making reference to the existence the three branches of government, created under our constitution with separation of powers as provided in Articles 1,2 & 3.

What is it about "The crooked and greedy officials that we elected and allowed to build political empires are the problem." that you don't understand? If you were shot, would you blame the gun or the person pulling the trigger?

You say "Explain how to balance a budget with over 200 trillion in debt. There is no way to pay. None zero zip. Nada.

Step back and think a little. Is the debt a result of the institutions or of the elected officials who have misused their power to line the pockets of their cronies?

Contrary to your opinion of me, I think there is hope for you, if you calm down and not let emotion dictate your actions.

You might realize it, I might realize it but you would be absolutely shocked to know how many people do not seem to make the connection. I have seen so many remarks I am sometimes shocked.

People do not seem to understand how money is being transferred to the banks via the printing of money and how savers are being screwed (articles below explain this in more detail). They don’t realize the fee’s they then end up paying the Fed. to service the debts they helped create and who is owned by the big banks when the US could do away with them and print our own money or how all this is affecting other must have things like food.

We really should abolish the Fed and return to fiscal sanity those big banker’s own obama, and many of our senators and representatives so I don’t see that happening they have it all worked out if they can’t give them more money through legislation they will do it through money printing. They are driving out the smaller banks at the same time killing off the competition so to speak. Whether they give them more money through legislation or printing the effect is the same they are killing the dollar, screwing savers and taxpayers it will end badly for our citizens and our country as a whole.

I don’t recall a Treasury Secretary making as many outright political statements as Geithner.

I do not see how anyone or anything can repair it. It does not add up. At 5% interest the payment for interest alone should be 10 trillion a year. They are adding a trillion to the debt and probably more. It will not work no matter who is in charge. It is an impossibility. This house of cards will come down. We could elect the best conservatives...what could they do?
