Yes, as far as I can tell this is a real, unaltered photo of Michelle. I found it at a blog run by a black, author, self proclaimed Hip-Hop afficionado and Obama fan. Looking through his blog you will see that he worships the ground Barack and Michelle walk on. He published the photo on his blog and I haven't seen it at any of the usual places I see photoshops so I assume it is legit.
