No, Congressman Steve King of Iowa's 5th District is not the first person to say that President Obama has been violating the Constitution. This time, Obama has been not fulfilling his constitutional duty to protect the borders by allowing thousands upon thousands of illegal immigrants to pour across our borders.

"I have been in the business of embarrassing this administration in to enforcing immigration," Rep. King said to me at the Virginia Tea Party Patriots Convention in Richmond, Virginia. The Congressman went on to say that the most important part of immigration reform is the new I.D.E.A. Act, which he introduced in this Congress, and will re-introduce in 2011. Watch below:...

Our wonderful Dear Leader at his staged MTV townhall made this remark regarding the the DADT ruling...

“I have an obligation to follow some of the rules...”

The border hasn’t been protected since the early 1990s so it isn’t just Obastard. Bush and Clinton both studiously ignored the southern border and the problems with illegal immigration.

If the laws aren’t enforced, then they are meaningless.

Welcome to Obamaland.

It goes back even further than that. The southern border states were crying out for help with the problem long before President Reagan signed the amnesty act of 1986 into law.

Noone admires President Reagan more than I, but all we got was a bum deal out of that piece of legislature. The illegals got a free golden ticket and none of the enforcement of border control or regulation of immigration was enacted or inforced.

It only set a bad precedent and encouraged illegals to come over the border and hunker down until the next amnesty came along.

Jorge (See You At The Bill-signing) Bush had his priorities one of which was amnesty for the illegal hordes who have slithered over our southern border.

Bravo to Mr. King, but I don't hold out much hope.

Even with the drugs coming over the border, the human trafficking, the gangs now operating right under the noses of our law enforcement personnel, the murders of American land owners just trying to protect their own properties.... even with all that and more, I doubt that Washington has any plan or even desire to fix the problem. I'm not sure why, but there must be a reason because this makes no sense.

Reagan’s mistake was that he trusted the demoncrats. The amnesty act was part of a deal to secure the border. He did his part , the demoncrats lied and did not do as they promised.

The borders will not be closed because the plan is to unite Canada, USA, and Mexico, as if there are no borders. This plays into the International Elits plans for One World Governance....This will make us one of the "blocks" which will determine trade etc.

Obama needs to be impeached, tried for treason and brought to justice.
