Let e get this straight:

Obama couldn't get a security clearance today if he had to. Perhaps he got his first security clearance after winning the presidential election of 2008.

Clinton couldn't have gotten a security clearance either because of various activities as a student. He did get his first security clearance after the 1992 presidential elections.

So; all democratic presidents for the last 30 years, a generation if you will, have been deemed illegible to have access to national security issues until they became legible for residency at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.
