The child is the responsibility of the parents. However, if born in the US, he is a US citizen by birth.

And if one parent abandons a child, the remaining parent has responsibility.

And that the whole POINT of this thread, and you have NO proof he is a US citizen, which Lt.Col. Lakin is soooo rightful questioning together with millions other people!!!

It was like this in the Greek City states (republic) and the Roman Republic. The idea of citizenship did not come from the Common Law..it came from the two Republics listed. A subject in England gets on his knees or bows before a King or Prince. A citizen does not. Photobucket
