There hasn't been a trial yet. There has been a series of rulings that went as expected (i.e., Obama’s status is irrelevant in terms of whether Lakin’s deployment orders were lawful).

When was the trial?

The trial is delayed until 4 November. The Defense appealed to a higher court to order the biased judge to vacate her ruling that does not let discovery of Obama's hidden records, and the Defense asked the higher court put a hold on all court proceedings until the higher court makes a decision on the Writ of Mandamus.
