Illegal alien is a sta]utiry term. "Undocumented worker" is not in the immigration law.Its political correctness try8ing to trump the law.And Mark quite rightly used the term illegal alien.
After Mark got through with her, she will be lucky if she is not disbarred. Representing a client who , a) falsified a SS number b) has no standing as a citizen to take advantage of due process on work related issuse as an illegal alien,, and fraudulently representing to the Dept. of Labor that her client does have that standing, etc. ?
All of this adds up to a disbarrment complaint. Gloria may soon be divested of her license to practise.
I was standing in line next to her at an LA charity event for the King Tut Exhibit, and although she was very cordial and friendly with me and my wife, the two grandchildren she had with her (age 9 &11) were snarky little twits.
I’d ask one how old she was and she kept saying that she was “21”, and that she would be enrolling in Harvard next year.

Like all of Gloria’s clients - the “illegal” is short on brains. Remember Amber Fry - girlfriend of Scott Peterson, murderer of wife Lacy? Gloria knows how to pick them.
The “illegal” used someone else’s (maybe a relative’s)social security number, having earnings reported by an employer under that number which builds up the earnings record at the SSA of the person whose number she used. Not too bright on anyone’s part.
I expect the day will come when the government decides they need to do something about that and give credit for SS earnings to the person who fraudently used someone else’s number. It would only be fair!!!
