I see the comments on that website are already spinning the story as if it’s about “bigotry” and “the right wing”.

No one even knows yet what the two doing the filming were thinking. The guy probably would’ve been filming his roommate no matter what he was doing.
This case is about invasion of privacy. If this case had been about a young man and woman filmed secretly together and broadcast via the internet, the issue would’ve been the same: invasion of privacy.
