Bill Maher -- on whose former show, "Politically Incorrect," O'Donnell appeared repeatedly in the late 1990s -- showed a previously unaired clip from Oct. 29, 1999, on his current HBO program, "Real Time,":
O'DONNELL: I dabbled into witchcraft -- I never joined a coven. But I did, I did. ... I dabbled into witchcraft. I hung around people who were doing these things. I'm not making this stuff up. I know what they told me they do. [...]
One of my first dates with a witch was on a satanic altar, and I didn't know it. I mean, there's little blood there and stuff like that. ... We went to a movie and then had a midnight picnic on a satanic altar.
Maher said he will show a previously unaired clip every week until O'Donnell appears on his show. "It's like a hostage crisis," Maher said. "Every week you don't show up, I'm going to throw another body out."

If she has repented with an honest heart then God has forgiven her. It is moot, it is forgotten. It lays at the bottom of the deepest sea. It should be no concern of ours.
I’m sure we all have done some incredibly stupid things in our yout’. God may forcive, but some people won’t and relish and revel in our past.

This will backfire on Maher, with all the successful vampire, werewolf and witch tv shows movies out there nowadays, to harp on this segment of what she said she did in her youth will draw more young people to her.

So, this was eleven years ago? I think that someone can change in that amount time. Imho, someone can change in a single moment. It appears that she has turned her life around since then, from what little I know about her.
