Christine O'Donnell

Michael Castle

O'Donnell filed the suit and has had financial troubles. Mike Castle is the epitome of a RINO embedded in dynastic politics. In any other year she would be an impossible long shot. This year she is a possible long shot.

Castle is a particularly bad RINO, right up there with Specter.

If she has that much mental anguish, she should go to a sanitarium and recover.

Maybe we should scrape the bottom for dirt on O’Donnell, while ignoring her principles beliefs which are documented on youtube as far back as 2001. (not)

Vote O’Donnell and fight the GOP establishment whose only goal is to tighten their control over our lives.

Take back our Constitution!

See, what I don’t get here...if all this stuff is so damned awful...THEN WHY DID THE GOP NOMINATE HER IN 2008?

Oh wait...I see...they didn’t think she could win against Biden?

Remember folks, all this bad stuff about this candidate is coming...NOT FROM THE DEMS...but from our very own alleged political party.

Rush Limbaugh covered this this past Wednesday. He said he was told that O’Donnell filed this lawsuit against a very, very prestigious conservative think tank.

He said he’s been warned against this candidate by many high up Blue Blood folks. He said he never ever heard of this “very famous” conservative think tank.

This is all from NOT THE DEMS...but the REPUBLICAN PARTY! Against a candidate that THEY nominated.

Why can’t they shut up and let us small potatoe boobs have our vote?

And all, ladies and gems, for Mike Castle.

Remember that.

How about listening to O’Donnell from years ago.

Her worldview is solid.

The GOP talking points are garbage and they are coming out full swing now, for a reason.

You slimy GOP rinos will not prevail.

Support O’Donnell.

CAUSE THEY NOMINATED HER!!!

I await your thoughtful response.

“But the story about being held back from getting her Master’s is troubling.”

A number of masters programs allow you to take courses as an undergrad which will count for the advanced degree. In fact they mostly count for both sets of requirements.

And?

She's a shallow fraud. Ever watch her on Fox News? Dumber than a box of rocks.

O'Donnell, who made an annual salary of $65,000

Seems reasonable. Get fired and get 106 years of salary.

I wonder what else would she have wanted 6.9 million for once she is elected?

Sounds like a fruitcake.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm - the fact that this is coming out two days before the election isn’t slightly suspicious? What gives?

I agree with above comments - whatever O’Donnell’s faults - she is 100 times better than a RINO or RAT. Period.

THere is a lot of very damaging information in that article, and some of it is provided by O’Donnell herself.

Up until now, I have been convinced by other freepers and conservatives that the charges against O’Donnell were entirely without merit, made up by Castle supporters, hidious lies.

So, what do we say about things O’Donnell wrote about herself in her OWN complaint about discrimination? Where her being taken out of the public relations job upset her so much she needed to seek professional help? That she had to drop courses at Princeton that she now admits she never took?

That in 2008 Castle supporters broke into her house? Why would Castle supporters break into her house 2 years before she was running against him, when she was running for Senate while Castle was running for the house?

I really wish Castle had stayed in the house so we could have found some underfunded by reasonable conservative to run in this race.

I really hope all of this is a lie, and look forward to O’Donnell showing that she did NOT file this lawsuit, and did NOT write those things that they claim were written by her, and that she did NOT say she had been accepted into a masters program that she was never a part of.

Worst of all, I’m sorry this all came out AFTER the Palin endorsement. I’m sure a lot of good conservatives stood up for O’Donnell, and convinced Palin that the stories being told were lies.

I doubt that, if Palin had known about this lawsuit and the allegedly false claims made in an official court document about a masters degree program, she might have remained silent in this race. I hope this doesn’t come back to haunt Palin and others who just endorsed O’Donnell. It would be wrong to blame endorsers for things they don’t know, but I’ve seen it done here at FR all the time.

I’d say you probably got it right.

And most important cause I can’t say it enough...

The Delaware GOP nominated her to run against Joe Biden in 2008. If she’s so bad....

WERE THEY LYING THEN?

OR ARE THEY LYING NOW?

More old noise to keep the issues from being discussed. We don’t know the particulars of this case & there is not time to find them out which is why this story runs now of course. Christine regardless her flaws has always tried to make this race about issues. 90% of the Castle allegations have proven to be false. She paid off her education bills and completed the course work and received her degree. She sold her house and it was not foreclosed on. I think the question about this story is whether a woman has a right to sue when she thinks she has been discriminated against? Last time I checked she does. She lost this case but that hardly means it had not merit because these cases are extremely hard to prove.
Either way I can’t figure how this is Germaine to the debate? Does filing lawsuit make her not conservative? Hardly plus it is true that women are often discriminated against. I’ve seen it & I in one case wrote a letter on behalf of a lady I felt had been treated unfairly.

I’m with Christine because she is a brave women who powerful people have tried to destroy because she “a commoner” dares challenge them.
Castle shouldve debated her, he won’t because he wants this race not to be about issues but about politics not principles.

If it were me I’d vote for a flawed conservative women over a flawed cowardly rich liberal man.

The Weekly Standard DC elites are playing some of the nastiest smear and destroy games against anyone that challenges their fellow Dem lite ELITE .
Its a great to see the REAL agenda of the Billy Kristol and other snotty DC insiders . Mike Castle is a fellow out of touch snobby elite who knows what is best for the serfs.
Its scary to see that the GOP elites can not handle
challenges to the control and to what vile depths they will go to destroy anyone in their way.
Who needs Soros when we have to watch out for Kristol/ Weekly Standard and the NRO DC elites to smear and trash
any challengers.

My understanding is that conservatives believe in the rule of law. Why is it non-conservative to file a lawsuit against someone (a corporation) who that person believes is violating the law?

Is it the amount of money she sued for that is triggering your jealousy, or just that she, a woman, would stand up for herself against such persecution?

It’s allegations, but if she is in fact a liar, how do you KNOW that she is any better than Castle?

THe problem with lying, especially in an official court document, is that if you would lie to a court of law to try to win money, it’s hard for you to argue that you would never lie to get elected.

This is why lying is so bad, it breaks the bonds of trust and makes it hard to know what you really believe in.

I’m looking forward to the official O’Donnell statement that refutes that she filed this lawsuit.
