Christie would demolish him. There wouldn’t be anything left. Christie is one of those guys who is completely secure in his own beliefs, and he comes prepared with facts to back them up, all covered in a classic New Jersey in-your-face veneer. Palin has undeniable charisma and is a tremendous speaker, but I can’t help but think that Christie would be the better debater.
Besides, I have a selfish reason for hoping Christie turns New Jersey around. If he makes NJ a better place to live and work, maybe fewer of its residents will move down here to the South and try to turn us into New Jersey! :)
