I don’t see teleprompters at the podium, so they must be out in the room out there. He obviously is using them, with that head bobbing. When he speaks to those present, he looks straight ahead. Not having them in camera range — a trick to make it seem as tho he’s not using them?

They’ve installed them on the inside of his eyelids and he just does the head bob now to “look normal”.
The room isn’t that big. Probably on the back wall.
