IS EARTH CAVING IN? THIS ALSO HAPPENED TODAY. SAINT PAUL, Minn. -- A man walking on a sidewalk in downtown Saint Paul was hurt when the ground literally fell away beneath him. A 15-foot-deep sinkhole opened up near the intersection of 6th and Wabasha Streets on Tuesday morning, right next to the Ecolab building, just as the man was walking over it. The man was identified as 55-year-old David Clark Tuesday afternoon by the Minnesota Department of Public Safety. http://www.kare11.com/news/news_article.aspx?storyid=870867&catid=396 House explodes in Richfield; nobody home RICHFIELD, Minn. -- A Richfield man says he's grateful no one was home when an explosion demolished his house Thursday afternoon. Denny Kleven said a friend called and told him about the explosion. Kleven initially thought it was a joke. "When I walked up [it] was just a big crater," he said. http://www.kare11.com/news/news_article.aspx?storyid=871164&catid=391

Do you think maybe these things have always been happening and we only hear about them now ‘cause of the internet? I don’t know but frankly I’ve never heard of a house exploding unless it was a meth lab somewhere out in the desert of Calif.

And those home fires in Detroit.

Possible transformer blew but the news was very vague as there were fires in home tracks on multiple places.
