The only reform they need is to quit completely and shut down the BATFE.
Has the BATFE actually ever done anything worthwhile? Nailed terrorists, shut down gangs, etc. Or do they just exist to jail and kill otherwise law-abiding citizens?
They will look for any possible way to get around the SCOTUS ruling.
I think this may have to do with formulating an official Congressional response to those pesky states that are asserting their 10th Amendment rights re Federal regulation of firearms NOT in interstate commerce.
