The Austin area is seeing creeks flood with up to 12 inches or more of rain in the past 24 hours. One woman was pulled from Bull Creek as her car was washed away.

The main band of Hermine is just running up I-35 with non-stop downpours. Between Wimberly and Georgetown, rain gauges have shown between six and 12 inches of rain and the creeks now are no longer able to handle them. When daylight comes in about six hours, it will be interesting to see how bad the damage is.
