I don’t believe the WH is in panic.

A Republican Congress is the only chance BHO has to be reelected in 2012.

That’s why he is throwing every Dem overboard.

No kidding. It is a gift.
If we win the congress and senate they have two years to complain that we are to blame for all of their failures.

I don't agree that it is his only chance, though he might very well believe it is. It worked for Clinton only because Clinton didn't have a chance to implement any of his massive changes before the Republicans got in. The mere threat of enacting his changes got them in, but Obama was too willful or stupid to heed the same warnings, and so pushed his agenda through anyway. Even if Republicans win both houses, they can still blame the economic woes on Obama and the Dem's passage of Obamacare, corporate bailouts (and takeovers), and other nastiness. The Republicans can demand repeal of these things, and if Obama vetoes the repeal, he owns the consequences.

Obama is more concerned about his agenda than getting re-elected. If re-election was his main concern he wouldn't have governed as a such a liberal. If he can destroy America as it has existed by 2012, he won't need to be re-elected.

That’s why he is throwing every Dem overboard. Uh, how exactly is he doing that?

Everything in the lamestream media, See BS News included, is to be taken with a grain of salt.

I do not believe, however, hussein is prepared for a massiving shellacking. he thought he’d lose several seats, but i do not believe he thought it would be catastrophic.

he will, of course, try to be a “clinton” in the aftermath. but there are two problems for him:

1. Republicans are (or ought to be by now) aware that the status quo will no longer do. they must govern from the right and NOT become what they became in the years of 1995-2006.

2. hussein is attitudinally less capable of triangulating than clinton. clinton truly was a liberal but also capable of backslapping people like a mike huckabee. hussein is a fake—and everyone who really thinks he is a man capable of embracing personability and likeability traits is delusional.

i hope the republicans can stall, defund, and stand up to the onslaught of media attacks and white house lies that will come in the next 2 years. they need to remain POSITIVE, telling the American people the truth and working for them.

Paul Ryan is an outstanding young man who can hold his own on policy and does not come across as an old fuddy duddy...same with Marco Rubio, and some others. The old guard in our party needs to be willing to step aside, not totally of course, but to let some of these folks be the public face in some degree.

They can take on hussein’s agenda with a happy face, AND have the facts on their side.

We’ll see another conservative tsunami in 2012 if we do.

It’s more than apparent to me (by his actions) that he has no intention of running; being a one-termer will satisfy that part of his ego and he can move on to the “statesman” BS.

Yup...he'll say, "We were turning a corner when the GOP took congress, now we're not."

The PTB planned for this political see saw we now are witnesses to. Once Republicans are in charge, the left will be free to spout their usual nonsense. The voters looking for a "right turn" and completely afraid of the left regaining control, will see Republicans run on smaller limited govt. The problem is, the Republicans will run the govt as early 80's socialist Democrats would. Neither party wants a limited smaller govt, one of them just says it does every few election cycles.

I agree that there is nothing that can be done but vote for those advocating for this "right turn" and hope, but I don't believe for a minute that Republicans believe what they will say to get elected.

I watch Glenn Beck and agree completely with one thing he says. The only way out of this mess is through a return to God, family, and true self education. We must not go to sleep, for we will never be allowed to wake again if we allow our "fearful leaders" to take us over this cliff that stares us even now squarely in the face.

I agree.

He is pulling a Bill Clinton. You thought Clinton didn’t have a soul, watch BO in action.

Let all Congress drop dead. He’ll keep playing golf and everything good that happens he will take credit for, and everything bad will be the pubbies control.

And the MSM will run back to kiss his royal tail.

A head fake toward the center, ala Bill Clinton? I don't think the muzzie Marxist has it in him. Besides, he isn't half the politician that Bubba was, and he doesn't have the same sort of council he had.

At every step of the way through his fledgling presidency, he and his radical cronies have bucked the will of the American people. He's going to suddenly meet the people halfway, after the mid-terms?

Color me skeptical.
