Justice Dept. Sues Arizona Sheriff in Civil Rights Probe

The U.S. Justice Department sued Sheriff Joe Arpaio on Thursday, saying the Arizona lawman refused for more than a year to turn over records in an investigation into allegations his department discriminates against Hispanics.

The lawsuit calls Arpaio and his office's defiance "unprecedented," and said the federal government has been trying since March 2009 to get officials to comply with its probe of alleged discrimination, unconstitutional searches and seizures, and having English-only policies in his jails that discriminate against people with limited English skills.

Arpaio had been given until Aug. 17 to hand over documents it first asked for 15 months ago.

Sheriff Joe is fulfilling a community service and God bless him for his effort! He has the cajones to do what other men of law don’t.

Worse than that. Obama, the first U.S. President to ever do so, submitted our country to the jurisdiction of the U.N. Human Rights Council (with members like Cuba) to review our country’s human rights violations as identified by Hillary Clinton’s State Department.

Hillary listed the Obama Administration’s lawsuit against the new Arizona immigration law as an initiative to protect human rights. The same report, submitted under “Universal Periodic Review,” identified a federal law banning counterfeit Indian trinkets as a human rights achievement.

There is so much to answer for by both Obama and Hillary on this one. Surrender of sovereignty to despots. Instead of “environment,” they’re using “human rights” to destroy our nation.

I've read enough Vince Flynn books and I ask this question...where are the commandos,
Special Forces, Secret Service personnel etc., who will defend us and safeguard this country against the communist enemies in the White House and their attempted destruction of our country? We are being attacked ON OUR OWN SHORES by a communist government in the White House, black revolutionary terrorists (New Black Panthers) muslim terrorists, with the verbal and financial support of this communist government in the White House. Where is the protection that WE THE PEOPLE can look to?

I don't know who, I don't know when or how, but this republic will be protected against “fundamental transformation” by this enemy or any other. The sacrifices of those brave men and women who fought for our freedom in past wars MUST NOT HAVE BEEN IN VAIN.

We should be sending some money to Sheriff Joe...this guy stands up for the Constitution, and we should be at the ready to do whatever we can to help Arizona and all the other states who are fighting this communist govt. in the White House.
