You got that right! What a weird speech...he could have pulled it off better than that..really. Any other President would have shown some emotion...Bo flatlined throughout this whole speech. Sounded like he was reading a list of ingrediants off a box of cereal. I think he knows he is done...but best is we know he is done.
Narcissists are not capable of showing the emotion you would expect to see in such a speech. Even if he were inclined to do so I doubt he could have.
Zombie speech and it might be my TV, but I detected a slight lisp...tranquilizer?.... or just zonked from the pressure of falling poll numbers?
