Murkowski would need to gain 650 on 8000 votes remaining to trigger an auto recount. That’s 58.13 percent.
I’m glad to see she conceded now, but I think she conceded too soon.

Murkowski would need to gain 650 on 8000 votes remaining to trigger an auto recount.Well, given that she gained only 38 votes on the 11,960 ballots counted today, gaining 650 on the remaining 8,000 really seems far-fetched. And that number is only the number needed to START a recount. The likelihood of her getting enough votes to win is rapidly decreasing from slim to none.
