Its a goofy picture that does not reflect his competence as president.
The Associated Press caption is boring: President Barack Obama and first lady Michelle Obama walk through a rainy Columbia Parc Development in New Orleans, Sunday, Aug. 29, 2010, on the fifth anniversary of Hurricane Katrina. (AP Photo/Carolyn Kaster)
But it does make him look goofy.
So, how many newspapers or TV outlets will show it?
We shall see over the next 24 to 48 hours.

. .
He IS GOOFY. IMO, neither NObama nor Michelle could pass a 51-50 test.
what the hell? He is trying to lift the umbrella over the gate so they won’t get wet? Her ass is so big it needs two of those to cover just it alone. And, while he’s doing it, she is in the rain. And, was he to dumb to see if he just tipped it sideways a bit, it would have fit just fine? And .. oh crap.
doofus in chief
Damn....that Rovian force field projector keeps raising the bar....
Seems like he has a cloud over his head lately.
I saw that earlier and thought just......WOW. That is embarrassing.
Had Bush done that the Late Night clowns would have howled about it for years. Let’s see how much play it gets with zer0.
Mary Poppins
It really doesn't look that challenging.
But 0bama knows nothing about everything.
Someone should Photoshop Bush holding the umbrella instead of PresZero. I bet that would get play...
Dumb and dumber.
I’m just not sure which is which.
How many Obamas does it take...
Look at the form of the first linebacker, Moochelle.
She’s got a breakdown that is classic. No doubt she could thrash Baraq anytime she wished.
well...this is the urban equivalent....
0bambi looking for light at the end of the tunnel
"The President had to be rescued today when he got stuck in a gate with an umbrella. Security removed the umbrella from his hands, allowing him to pass through the gate"
Now, now... he’s only staying on that side of the gate to do, uh, stuff to help, uh, future generations...
It’s already making the rounds on facebook...
