I don't understand CBS. Surely they realize that the true numbers will come out and that they will end up looking stupid, petty and biased with their low ball numbers. Was Dan Rather in charge of attendance figures? Fake but accurate?

I keep thinking the aerial photos done by CBS’ subcontractor at the Beck rally were a bit cropped...for precisely that reason — to make the crowd appear smaller. But I have a much wider angle view (courtesy of other FReepers) that gives you a much better idea of the crowd. Once again, CBS is a purveyor of propaganda.

I do have to say though that what little of the CBS coverage I saw had a commentator say that this rally will have a huge impact on the November elections. I’m sure that possibility has all the Obama shills in the media taking antacids. That is something they cannot spin.
