“Sorry, I am not left wing. I happen to only be one of many Alaskans that attempts to work with Congress to craft legislation that is help full to Alaskans. We work with them no matter what party they represent. The loss of a potential important chair makes the work that many of us Alaskan working with Congress much more difficult or impossible. Attempting to move legislation through Congress with two very junior Senators of which I assume one will be in the minority will be nearly impossible. The Senate operates on a seniority first method. Only senior Senators are chairmen and the chairmen control the agenda.”

I am sorry sir, but this race, and the race in my home state Washington (Rossi v. Murray) is not just about our states, nor certainly about ‘getting legislation through DC’ per se. The stakes are MUCH HIGHER than that.

You must be aware of that.

This is about the soul of our nation!

Alaska is a small state with only one member in the house. Alaska only has one road to legislation and that is via the Senate. Therefor the Senators from Alaska are very important with respect to other large states. Why do think Lisa does not support the soul of our nation? Why do not clean up your own state before being hyper critical of your neighbor?
