DITTO. You are a rare freeper/conservative who advocates using the courts (something many conservatives loathe) to fight liberals. I think conservatives will be more effective because most of the time we will be advocating court cases that are backed by the MAJORITY of Americans vs most liberal cases which seek to to use the court to overturn the will of the majority.
We must stay within the confines of our Constitution though the Liberals do not out of contempt and hatred. Believe me, if things go so bad that we have to pull the trigger on a gun or worse, our nation will be too far gone for it to matter.
We’re getting close but we can yet still turn away from the edge. I’d prefer to resolve this without bloodshed. But if the Liberty Tree must be refreshed, so be it. We won’t start it, but we’ll damn sure end it.
Wouldn't it be awesome if a bunch of conservatives up and sued every liberal NGO (think: Southern Poverty Law Center, ACLU, NAACP, NARAL, Greenpeace, Lambda Legal) that has used the law to harass conservatives, property owners, or any other "outgroup" in the last 10 years, and just pushed a tsunami of litigation at them?
