No, they fixed the race. One of the voters said it was hard to determine where to vote on the form which made it easier for some bs fool to mark the ballot to show for McCain.
They should really investigate this.
What I am trying to say if the ballot is not marked so you can see it; some helper in the voting booth can mark the ballot as they see fit.

um duh. McCain won because Hayworth is an even bigger lump of turds. Replacing McCain with some corrupt, free-spending hack who hijacked the Tea Party for his own political ends made absolutely no sense. He excited very few people here in Arizona and turned off many. His faux-outsider portrayal wasn’t fooling anyone.
