Not true, McCain spent 20-1 over JD, but more than that... I told everyone before JD even through his hat in the ring — something BTW Freepers were BEGGING him to do — that John McCain OWNS the Arizona GOP...... if he had run his presidential bid with the same scorched earth he ran this campaign he might be president right now.
McCain spent $21 million to Hayworth’s $3 million. He had the endorsements of Palin and Brewer plus the entire Rep AZ congressional delegation. McCain also changed his position on all the key issues. He is a liar and a fraud. And that will become self-evident once he is re-elected. Sad day for America and AZ.

I don’t believe that at all. The J.D. supporters were voting against McPain, regardless of whom the opponent may have been. AZ is full of dedicated McPainiacs, fifth columnists within our ranks.
