Yeah, but mom didn't survive multiple plane crashes and years as a POW. So, there's still hope.
McCain’s media blitz outspent Hayworth about 20 to 1.
his mom also didn’t almost sink the Forestall.
It wasn’t Sarah, she hasn’t been back here for him, we heard she won’t take his calls ~LOL~ nope it was his 21 million big ones to JD’s one million... and a campaign full of lies. Also it is very hard to unseat an encumbent here in AZ... BTW it looks like Jeff Flake is the one encumbent who had a competitive race today.
McCain spent $21 million to Hayworth’s $3 million. He had the endorsements of Palin and Brewer plus the entire Rep AZ congressional delegation. McCain also changed his position on all the key issues. He is a liar and a fraud. And that will become self-evident once he is re-elected. Sad day for America and AZ.
That is a severe disappointment.
This deserves some reflection and analysis.
Money talks, Sarah Palin talked for McCain and the Arizona GOP insiders like Jan Brewer and John McCain hooked onto the murder of Robert Krentz.
They hyped the law that was a very modest response to the murder, but PO’ed the lefties to start a fight.
Talk radio and Fox News reported it all to the conservative grassroots in Arizona and across the nation.
Obama got into it with a lawsuit and a court injunction to render the law meaningless anyway.
But the fight was started and emotions raised at grassroots level with McCain and Brewer riding it for election year success.
McCain upped the ante by suggesting some constitutional amendment idea for children of illegals to not become automatic citizens when born in the US.
A prop to suck in conservatives again that will go nowhere with the Dems blocking it and the courts probably becoming a vehicle to create amnesty for illegals.
That game was played by GOP insiders who will suggest a marriage constitutional amendment that is going nowhere with Dems against it while gay marriage goes forward in the courts.

LOL.... do you really think Sarah changed any minds? I doubt enough to change the outcome.
KELLY, JESSE 49.95% 23,770
MILLER, BRIAN 8.27% 3,936
PATON, JONATHAN 39.26% 18,686
QUICK, JAY 2.23% 1,063
Write-in 0.28% 135
47,590
Not much of the vote is in but it looks like Jesse Kelly is well ahead in AZ-8...Arizona folks you my have something here to get behind going into November so don’t get depressed just yet - there is still hope.
That could be it too..a shame, I liked JD Hayworth, great man..the votes are not all counted yet so there is still a chance but it was obvious from the beginning McCain was gonna win
Sad but true...
Money is on Deakins was a stalking horse for McCain much the same as he used some in the Presidential election the same way to win the nomination.
All they need to do is spout a popular position, even if they have been against it all along, and people will vote for them.
mY THOUGHTS TOO!
My guess would be the same way he was pronounced the nominee on January 29, 2008 after only 7 states had voted and he had only 25.5% of the vote.
Never have been able to figure it out, even after I made Excel spreadsheets entering all the info...never made sense.
Not in Florida!
Gov. - Scott - outsider - businessman
AG. - Bondi - outsider - prosecutor
US Senate - Rubio - ousider state Rep. experience went against establishment Crist who quit rather than be beat.
Anti-establishment candidates are on the high point of the wave here. Lots of non-establishment House candidates to face many incumbent Dems.
McCains media blitz outspent Hayworth about 20 to 1.
IF this holds true... then this is proof positive that Arizona voters are far less intelligent than the Immigration law they passed would have lead us to believe.
And again, if this holds true - then I really don’t care to hear another word about Arizona’s immigration troubles. They can go pound sand as far as I am concerned.
I heard it was open, but don’t take my word for it.
