During the month of Ramadan, Muslims refrain from eating or drinking starting from dawn till dusk. To prepare for the fasting, Muslims wake up before dawn and the fajr prayer to eat a meal (Sahoor). Muslims break their fast at Maghrib (at sunset) prayer time with a meal called Iftar. Muslims may continue to eat and drink after the sun has set until the next morning's fajr prayer call. I wonder if we will see any photos of Obama drinking or eating during daylight hours this month. I believe that technically he may be exempt from these requirements because he is living in a non-muslim country and seeking to keep his faith a secret to further Islam. But, he may go ahead an observe it anyway. Thoughts anyone?
This doesn’t sound like much of a sacrifice
Goats, sheep (sheeple??), camels and little boys all highly recommended by allah.
He doesn't seem to be able to pass by an ice cream store without stopping in....
I am waiting for an angry White House staffer to steal one of his prayer rugs & put it up for sale on Craig’s List......
Of course not, he’s royalty. Do you think the house of Saud observes Ramadan? That’s for the commoners.
