On Thursday, August 12, Representative Melissa Bean (IL-8-D) held a public meeting at the Round Lake Library. The meeting was billed as a financial education seminar, to teach citizens how to manage their credit card debt. What happened at this meeting was anything but educational.
During the meeting, which I attended, citizens started to ask questions about jobs, government spending and the federal deficit. Every time a citizen would attempt to ask a question, Melissa Bean's thug, who we were told worked for the Round Lake Library, would walk over to that person and hover over him or her, to intimidate them. This went on during the course of the entire meeting without Bean saying a word about the blatant intimidation she knew her constituents must be feeling.
It is obvious from Bean's obfuscation that she chose this type of forum so she would not have to answer any direct questions about her voting record. Instead of having an open town hall forum where citizens are free to have a dialogue with their representative, Bean chose to have a representative from the Illinois State Treasury come in and lecture her constituents on how they should pay down their credit card debt and start saving.
How ironic, when the Federal Government has spent over 13 Trillion dollars and the majority of the states are on the verge of bankruptcy.
In the video you will see that all attempts to ask Bean questions were either "shut down" by Bean personally or through the intimidation tactics of her thug. Is this the type of "transparency" we were promised? Why does Bean feel that thuggery is acceptable?

My queston is, what would that knuckle-dragger do to you if you continued to ask questions?
Have a feeling that there are two possible scenarios for that situation:
1. Thug just stands there and continues to look stupid b/c he knows there are cameras rolling;
congresswoman forced to continue sidestepping the
question.
2. Thug takes action against a citizen for asking a question. Event is caught on tape while congresswoman
is still sitting on her thumb.
Either way, it would show the extent of thuggery and tactics used by the enemy.

If you want to embarass them, send the video over to the Communist Chinese embassy with narrative. They will use it as anti US propoganda (America should not lecture other nations about human rights), and then let the US State Department go nuts explaining it. Create a PR crisis that will force the White House to deal with it.
Remember long time ago a small New England town tried to get an old bridge replaced. After being ignored by Wash DC they appealed to the Soviet Union for aid. The Soviets announced they were willing to build the bridge. That fixed the problem because the State Department did not want the richest nation in the world have one of its towns getting a new bridege courtesy of our arch enemy the poorer Soviet Union.

Exactly. Show the video, tag the thug, let people know where and who he works for. This woman is a coward and will fold when the s%$# hits the fan on this.
I'm only 5'5", but if I was there knowing you and your son were in attendance it would have been a different type of town hall...........I'm really getting sick and tired of this crap!
