Impeccable Libtard MSM New York Times Logic: You Freepers should get over your anger at my Commie programs and quit supporting the Tea Party because this just makes my Rat buddies get better prepared with more money so they will take over Congress completely.

“Lots of time on the campaign trail” — LOL. They are canceling August recess meetings with constituents left and right. They are scared to death of their constituents. The meetings that are held are with handpicked SEIU members.

So, this time they will not be surprised when they have to hand over the Speaker’s gavel. That’s nice.

Will Nancy hand over that idiotic giant gavel she carried during the “courageous” walk to Congress to pass the Obamacare bill? The same walk at which black and gay congressmen were allegedly slurred with epithets? That gavel?

" The result has been to goad many Democrats into better preparation: more fund-raising, earlier advertising, lots of time on the campaign trail. "

They think that by repackaging their same old tried and failed liberalism/Marxism is going to help them win votes by getting their fecal matter out earlier ?

The “lack of surprise” angle is what we call A STRETCH.

The Fact that the democrats spent most of a trillion dollars on groups that will send much if not most of that money right back into their campaign coffers for years to come doesn’t hurt. Their efforts to buy advertisements, swamp their political opposition in the money advantage.

Their willingness to lye and clam to be opposed to all the things they just did virtually unchallenged(due to the money advantage) is anther critical weakness.

Having the element of surprise would have helped a lot in overcoming theses advantage as they would not have known to deploy them all of them vast resources.

Oh, yeah, because without the tea Party, the dems wouldn't have done any fundraising, bought ads, or gone on the campaign trail.

the element of surprise

This would be comical if it weren't so real. The NY Times fails to realize that the 'surprise' of 1994 was no surprise at all, at least not to anyone paying attention. In a word, the Dems screwed up, big time, and the election of 1994 corrected it. Everyone knew it except the MSM, who wailed and whined when it happened.

Fast forwards to now ... the Dems are screwing up royally, and have a complete electoral disaster on their hands, no surprise ... they brought it upon themselves. This time around there will be no surprises - the Dems will take a bloodbath in November.

Nixon's eyes were the same color, but there was warmth behind those eyes.

They’re still in denial and self-delusion mode. They actually think doubling down is a smart strategy!?

For the socialists/progressives, betting the ranch on the next election will probably result in losing it.

Yeah, well when you lose all those seats in January, we don’t really give a fig if it’s a surprise or not.

NYTs, desperation is not flattering...

I’m expecting the commie ‘RATS and their ACORN toadies to engage in some pretty intense voter fraud in November. America is not yet a communist state. Barry and his commies aren’t going to give up their communist dream that easy.
