Places of worship are permitted or not permitted in every township in America depending on local customs and laws. This is not a first Amendment issue, but a development zoning issue. We don’t generally allow the building on top of cemeteries.

Bingo. We could not properly bury the brothers and sisters murdered that day by MUSLIM extremists. Ground Zero is hallowed ground, where the murdered rest for eternity.

We must not build a house of worship for the religion that laid waste to these souls directly over where their ashes rest.
