One would think they have images of the motorcyclists' license plates. It probably would be a mistake for any of them to try to cut off a cop again.

Crotch rocket riders mount their license plates under their rear fenders for a reason. If they see a cop, they reach under there and bend the plate up so you cant see it from the rear. Harley riders have a similar trick. They mount their plates on the left side and down low on a folding bracket. If they see a cop or a radar camera they kick it with their left heel and fold it over.
