I dreamed up a possible explanation for the “dirty work they asked for”, and it’s name is “wikileaks”.
The authorities are looking for accomplices and here is a guy who has a history of outing private information for political gain.

No, you are quite correct. Basically, homosexuality is quite prevalent for those in the upper class / ruling party in Islamic hellholes. There was a movie made in the 80s where this American guy was caught by a Saudi prince and used as a sex slave till he escaped (made from a real story tv).
Those muslims who are poor who are caught having gay sex, or even are accused of being gay are used as examples by the mullahs who secretly bang anything on 2 legs or in some cases 4 legs.

Unfortunately, there are many FReepers who completely ignore the fact of the hypocrisy that occurs in these muslim nations. I go to Vegas (try to go once a year) and you wouldn't believe the story's I hear from limo drivers about the various Saudi Princes; the booze, the coke, the hookers and also the male hookers.
So many assume that muslim's are anti-gay which they are, what they don't know is the hidden truth that the royalty and those others who aren't peasants, quite enjoy gay sex, hookers, coke, alcohol, you name it...

Do I think there are gay closet republicans? I'll say No, why because my personal belief is that homosexuality is a mental disorder that can be controlled. I am not a bible thumper but a simple few classes in biology would teach you that man + man = 0. It is all about impulses. The people who give in to these impulses are weak people, and if they are married and or have children are an embarrassment to their families.
Most of us never have these impulses, but then again most of us don't have psychological disorders. I know the lefties will say I'm a hate monger. But that is what I believe, I believe that it is a mental disorder and I believe other FReepers have posted stories of folks who have recovered from homosexuality.

John Aravosis is yapping up a storm, and letting out details he doesn’t quite comprehend are
(a) not common knowledge and
(b) implicate him as working to orchestrate Foleygate in the media.
It is important to note all the activity in July of 2006 regarding the non-salacious emails between Foley and a Page from Louisianna (aka, the LA Page). I have done numerous posts on these emails (the last one here with back referencing links).
Reader TopSecretK9 as reminded me of this Aravosis comment when he admitted in October that he had the Foley Emails in July and mentioned he had done nothing after talking to CREW. She found this recent Aravosis post which tipped some more information out:
“When I received the Foley emails this past July, had I been warned two or three years ago that Foley was stalking pages, I’d have turned the emails over to the FBI myself, not waiting for CREW to do it (which was shortly after I received them anyway)”
