Really, what other weapons do Dems have? Their standard practice for the last forty years, for any issue, is to call the persons who oppose their programs racist. They have nothing else, because practically everything they propose doesn’t stand the test of logic. I won’t say everything, because there is the outside chance that they might be right about something. Once in a blue moon maybe, but there’s a chance.
