They would be squealing like (no pun intended) stuck pigs had the prosecution NOT filtered everything past the judge prior to the raid. It’s a damned if you do, damned if you don’t ploy these shysters are trying to play. Reade is going to shrug it off, and you might as well go crying directly to the appellates, it will save time in the narrow chance they are of any help to your client.

I hate activism in the courts, no matter what side. Her involvement in the planning of the raid seem way out of line. I say re-try the owner and let another judge do the sentencing. Sounds like they had bunches of illegals working for them. All leaders of corporations hiring illegals should face jail time.

One way to tell? All the adjectives and adverbs!

Justice is expected to be blind, but is foes not have to be stupid. If you can't do the time, don't due the crime, and this guy knew what he was doing for years.
