If Rock n Roll came from the Blues, why is there still the Blues? I refer you to the answer I gave some moments ago.

The creation of a new form from an existing one does not necessitate the elimination of the older form. Why does the involvement of intelligence obviate this observation, in other words, why is your “answer” applicable?
