I have an acquaintance, white female pushing sixty, who voted for him because he was so “handsome.”

Why would anyone be surprised by this? Kennedy won the 1960 election primarily through support of women who were swooning over him; along with ballot box stuffing and all of the other democrat party traditional election stealing methods. And they try to portray men as only thinking with their...you know.

The actual gender gap for the 1960 election was only 2%. Many women voted for Nixon-heck, more women than men, percentagewise voted for Ike in 1952 and 1956.

Kind of different than what the media tells us-just like Nixon won most of the under 30 vote in 1968 and 1972

My wife’s thinking about things political and other began to change after she had her hysterectomy and went through something like instant menopause. The irrationality mostly disappeared. Now she “thinks like a man,” well, more than before. My father-in-law had noted something similar in the M-I-L.

Women supported Nixon.

This is from Newsweek: "There was little investigation of the female vote before the 1970s. Women were assumed to be naturally more conservative, and had slightly preferred Eisenhower to Stevenson, and Nixon to Kennedy."

It was the 80% Catholic vote that put Kennedy into office, Protestants strongly voted Republican as in almost every election.
