ZOGBY POLL SHOWS LONG DECISIVELY BEATING GRAYSON
Conservative Ahead 46%-38% with 17-Point Lead Among Independents
Orlando—Today, conservative Republican Todd Long held a press conference on the steps of Democrat Alan Grayson’s office and announced the results of a July Zogby poll showing Long with an eight-point lead over Alan Grayson (D-FL) 46%-38%. The results also show Long with a commanding 17-point lead among independents in a district where independents make up about 30% of the vote.
Two issues with the poll...one, it is Zogby, which I don’t trust even if shows what I want, and two, Todd Long will not necessarily be his opponent as there is a primary and there are other candidates who could be the opponent. But, this is the latest poll I could find.
