I guess you didn't read the article:

On January 4, 1863, President Lincoln had Grant's order rescinded, but by then Jewish families in the area had been expelled, humiliated, terrified, jailed, and in some cases stripped of their possessions.
The construction of the words in your comment is extremely disingenuous. "Lincoln did not say ..." Lincoln did not say a lot of things. He didn't say anything about wanting to travel to Siam either.

I read his post and could not help but wonder if he is just stupid. I mean, his link supports the original article.

At the very least, the boy ain’t too bright.
