My prediction: Not ONE of these ObamaMobiles will be sold to the general public. They’ll all be purchased by government agencies, which will never use them because nobody will want to ride in one.

No silly - you just mount the optional windmill on the roof, which will turn a generator, which will charge the battery that will power the motor. Congress will repeal the law of conservation of energy to make all this possible.
