I’ll be flamed, but I think Hillary Clinton is ready to be a SCOTUS. I would fiercely oppose most if not all of her policies, but I think she’ll be better president than the current one. At least, we know that she’s eligible.

Palin had to cancel because she was preparing for her RNC speech as the VP candidate. Phyllis was livid because she had about 800 folks coming just to see Palin, at $95.00 per head. And now, Palin can’t make it.

I agree it’s sorta hard for me to always swallow a woman as president knowing women like I have for half a century but I think Palin is exceptional.
History has a had a few good ones..it’s not just by design there have only been a few. I don’t think women lead as well as men but some come along that can and I think Palin can.
But...I do disagree with her on some of her nods....and this girl power crap...but she has real talent..to me anyhow.
She is far more capable than Obama and maybe more so than Bush who seemed half hearted half the time the second term.

Still, no matter when it came out, this article is a joke. It’s actually not even a complete article. When you sit down with Phyllis Schlafly (or anybody worth interviewing about this) and she says she thinks one way or the other, the next thing out of your mouth, no exceptions, no excuses, is either “Why?” or “Why not?” And you get the answer on record, and you run with it. Why would you do that? Well, gee, Phyllis Schlafly is not only one of the folks in the conservative movement who’s been around the block a few times, she’s one of the folks who watched them build the block. People might want to know why she thinks the way she does, even if they think she’s wrong. And because there are relatively few people who can tell...well, me anyway...“Because I said so” and make it stick. And since she is neither my boss nor my mother, Phyllis Schlafly (with all due respect) is not one of them. Groer screwed the pooch royally on this article.
