Thank you Connie, we are surely blessed, everyone is settling in very well. Son #1’s house is very nice and roomy, 3 stories and OLD, so it has some kid-proofing to do, but they are on top of all that needs to be done.
Son #2 has moved just north 4 hours to Asheville, North Caolina. He moved there from D.C. the same weekend that son #1 moved to Charleston. Go figure, LOL!
So, I drove up to Asheville for several days to stay with him. I had never been to Asheville, and it’s just beautiful there too.
Then, I drove back to Charleston for the rest of the visit, and son #2 came down for birthday fun.
It was a most memorable trip, and you all should visit!
You betcha! LOL! That would be a fantastic road trip...don’t you think?
